Grace Church supports local, national, and global mission projects through hands-on service and financial contribution. Nazarene Missions International (NMI) provides our church with mission lessons for adults and children, missionary reading books and CDs, and a host of other resources that help us reach people for Jesus.

Food insecurity is a concern for 40% of Metro Nashville Public School students who live in a “food desert” without access to fresh produce, while many families also struggle to feed their children during times when school is out on break. At Grace Church we have created an Urban Garden with fresh vegetables, in addition to partnering with the Donelson Farmer’s Market to glean extra produce for MNPS families. We also supply SnackPacks filled with non-perishable ready-to-eat food items to send home with children in need at Two Rivers Middle School.

As homelessness and disadvantaged communities increase in the Nashville area, we are meeting a need for food, prayer, worship, and basic personal care supplies through our Eyes of Love ministry. Every Thursday at 6:00pm volunteers bring a hot meal and provide personal and spiritual care to individuals and families in the Glendale community (1104 Murfreesboro Pike, Nashville, TN 37217).

Grace Church is in a partnership with the Mount Kenya District Church of the Nazarene in Kenya, Africa! This partnership allows us to be more personally involved in missions by focusing our mission efforts in one particular area. We will build a relationship with the Mount Kenya District and work alongside them to achieve the goals their district has set. This may take the form of Work and Witness construction teams, medical trips, leadership training, higher education support, etc. In 2021, we will be equipping and training Kenyan teens at the Youth Leadership Summit at Africa Nazarene University, so we are seeking prayers and financial contribution through tax deductible donations or through the purchase of the Kenya coffee beans, available at the church or Caliber Coffee in Donelson, TN.

NAZARENE MISSIONS INTERNATIONAL (NMI) IS THE ORGANIZATION FOR MOBILIZING THE LOCAL CHURCH IN MISSIONS IN THE CHURCH OF THE NAZARENE AND THE DENOMINATION’S REPRESENTATIVE FOR MISSIONS ON THE DISTRICT AND IN THE LOCAL CHURCH. 

• To encourage people to pray for all efforts of world evangelization
• To inform people of the world's needs and what the church is doing to meet those needs
• To challenge children and youth to learn about and participate in the mission of the church
• To raise funds for mission outreach
